Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We provide transport Australia-wide for a small additional fee. Pickup is also available from our Sunshine Coast warehouse.
How assembled will my bike be when it arrives?
Your bike will arrive close to assembled. The forks, handlebars, and front wheel will need to be fitted. This typically takes around 30–45 minutes.
Do your bikes come with warranty?
Yes. We provide a 6-month warranty on our products. This covers all manufacturing defects.
Do you stock spare parts?
Yes. We stock a comprehensive range of spare parts. Rest assured, we have the components needed to get your bike back on the trails.
Are JHL bikes suitable for beginners?
Yes. We offer a range of bikes suitable for different ages, sizes, and skill levels. Whether you are buying for a beginner, casual rider, or experienced rider, we can help recommend the most suitable model.
What happens if I need help after buying?
Contact us directly and we will help diagnose the issue, recommend the correct part, or guide you through the next step. We aim to keep our customers riding, not stuck waiting.
Can I inspect a bike before buying?
Yes, inspections may be available by appointment at our Sunshine Coast warehouse. Contact us to arrange a suitable time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept common payment methods including bank transfer and other payment options listed at checkout or confirmed directly with our team.
Do you offer bulk or dealer pricing?
For multiple-bike orders, please contact us directly. We may be able to offer package pricing depending on the model, quantity, and availability.
What safety gear do I need?
At minimum, riders should use a helmet, goggles, gloves, boots, long pants, and protective body gear. Off-road riding carries risk, so proper safety equipment is essential.
What should I do when the bike first arrives?
Before riding, carefully unpack the bike, complete the required assembly, check all bolts and controls, confirm the brakes work correctly, check oil and fluids, set tyre pressure, and inspect the bike thoroughly.
